Since 2000 SloBody’s proven body-mind fitness method has helped thousands of people across the country who were injured, frustrated and feeling like they were not getting enough direction in their yoga and fitness classes.

Our teaching method delivers step-by-step instructions so clients learn how to use their bodies safely and effectively in a non-intimidating environment.

Our proven method follows 4 principles:

1) Individualize your workout. Learn to tailor yoga and fitness exercises to suit your physique. You gain more knowledge and understanding of how your body works so you can perform your sport, or enjoy regular activities knowing that your body is safe from injury.

2) Strengthen your core. When you start understanding good technique and proper body mechanics then you start working your body from the inside out.

You will quickly feel amazing changes in stabilization, balance, core strength, flexibility and endurance. The added awareness of breathing from yoga definitely supercharges this process.

No need for a bunch of equipment, use your own body-weight for resistance and strengthening.

3) Mind your edge. With our expert guidance, you will understand the difference between a “good burn” and unhealthy pain and explode your results in the process. You will learn to master intensity without injury in your workouts, sports and daily life.

4) Breathe. This is where all life begins and ends so we take it seriously. Conscious breathing amplifies your workouts and your life; you become more effective, more efficient, more relaxed and focused.
