New to SloBody? 
Our complimentary Intro Class is the best place to start...every Monday 5:30-7:30pm.   
 
Classes vary from still and steady, to flowing, to down right rigorous. 
SloBody's experienced instructors are versed in amending a practice to suit varying fitness levels.

class descriptions

Daily Dozen:  A get down to basics class; great introduction to our program. Move through the basic 12 postures we recommend for health and wellness.

SloYoga:  Open tight hips and shoulders to free the upper and lower spine. Class varies from still & steady to flowing.  Fine for new students.

R-A Flow:  A SloBody signature practice. Learn to move smoothly and efficiently through postures with less static holds. Great compliment to the Daily Dozen and SloYoga. Not currently scheduled.
