Private/Semiprivate (1-2 people)
Individual instruction is an ideal way to learn and to develop a personal routine whether brand-new to working out, or just looking to fine tune an existing practice. Private trainings include groupings of one-two people, and are a great way to learn with peers.
  
Benefits of Private Instruction:
 
  • A one-on-one approach to teaching is the preferred teaching method for students who want to lay a strong foundation for their practice. Each session can be specifically tailored to meet the student's unique needs.
  • Great for beginners! Work one-on-one with a teacher to go over specific poses proper alignment and proper breathing techniques.
  • Work with injuries. Learn how to modify poses to begin to heal your injuries (ie. knees, back, shoulder, wrist).
  • Students with an established practice also benefit from the individual attention provided in private sessions. Individual aspects of the practice or positional mechanics can be developed and fine tuned. Safely learn advanced poses.
