Individual training is an ideal way to learn whether brand-new to working out, or just looking to fine tune an existing practice. Private trainings include groupings of 1-2 people.

Benefits of Private Instruction:

  • A one-on-one approach to teaching is the preferred teaching method for motivated students who want to lay a strong foundation for their practice. Each session can be specifically tailored to meet your unique needs.
  • Great for beginners! Work one-on-one to go over specific poses, proper alignment and breathing techniques.
  • Work with injuries. Learn how to modify poses to begin to heal your injuries (ie. knees, back, shoulder, wrist).
