SloBody Intensive Training programs provide active minded individuals and motivated fitness professionals with a disciplined whole body workout method that delivers physical and mental fitness for a lifetime. We utilize athletic conditioning, yoga postures and breath awareness as tools for developing a strong personal practice with workouts that challenge, inspire, and motivate you towards consistency and growth. Our training will help you to:

  • Increase strength, flexibility, balance, endurance.
  • Improve confidence in your own physical & mental ability and stamina.
  • Utilize physical, mental, and emotional transformation to inform your practice.

Our Workshops are also designed to provide a great workout while exploring a specific area of focus.  Whereas intensives run for several weeks, our workshops are generally just 1-2 days.  They are a great way to experience SloBody for the first time, to compliment your regular practice or enhance your current teaching.

As with all our classes, we keep training groups intimate to maximize your experience.

The following can be taken independently or as a comprehensive series.  Our workshops are open to all, from those trying SloBody for the first time to teachers looking to expand their knowledge in a specific area.  All workshops provide 2 instructors (Kirk & Janine) to maximize your experience and learning.
